Kelly Clarkson revealed the first picture of her bouncing baby girl on Twitter today a week after she gave birth to her. She and husband Brandon Blackstock [see wedding picture] have named the baby River Rose. In the caption of the baby photo, Kelly Clarkson added the weight of the baby. Why do people always want to know that?

Kelly Clarkson had previously mentioned that due to her busy schedulewith her upcoming holiday album, she and her fiance has cancelled their big wedding and were seriously considering eloping. She confirmed via Twitter that they did exactly that.
